Nate Brown
he/himAppointed Executive Director in 2019, Nate holds dual degrees in Accounting & Finance and Business Administration from Greenwich University, London. Previously served as Financial Manager at Iranti.
Oversees all PAI operations, strategic direction, and advocacy coordination across 54 African countries.

Anthony Oluoch
Programmes Manager · he/himProgrammes Manager at Pan Africa ILGA, leading regional initiatives supporting LGBTIQ+ movements across Africa. Previously Policy Specialist for African LGBTI Networks at UNDP, Executive Director of Gay Kenya Trust, and Legal and Human Rights Officer at the Gay and Lesbian Coalition of Kenya, where he contributed to early decriminalization strategies. Has supported strategic planning for PAI, the East African Trans Health Advocacy Network and the Global Interfaith Network. Serves on the boards of House of Rainbow and the IDAHOT Committee, and hosts the Padded Cell Podcast on mental health in queer communities.

David Larbi

Leads the day-to-day coordination that keeps PAI's 350+ member organizations connected, informed, and supported.

Kashindi Shabani Gady
they/them · Board MemberWomen's rights defender and LGBTIQ+ human rights activist with over two decades of community organising across Ireland and the DRC. Works with Savie ASBL on workplace inclusion, and builds bridges between Francophone and Anglophone African movements.
